Supporting your local American Legion posts are a great way to give back to your community. Of the roughly 540 posts in the state they all host different events such as potlucks, benefits, dinners, steak fries, fish fries, ribfest and chili feeds. Which not only provide delicious meals but also bring camaraderie to all members of the organization. By attending these events, you can enjoy great food and fellowship, while also contributing to the local economy and supporting veterans and their families.
Many of us go for the quick and easy option of fast food chains but what about the tried and true brick-and-mortar American Legion?
