Legionville registration is now open. It is a great way for kids meet and make friends across the state while learning basic safety on a variety of topics.
Per PURPOSE in attached handout: Legionville is a safety educational center. Quality instructional safety classes in areas such as first aid, bus safety, swimming, canoeing, online safety, as well as introduction to CPR and firearm safety. The camp continues to train and certify school safety patrol members, as provided by the Minnesota State Patrol’s Safety Education Officers, but overall safety programs have become the primary focus. Our program has been recognized by the National Safety Council as one of the country’s outstanding traffic safety promotion programs. We have created an educational, fun environment for our campers that they will remember for a lifetime.
